triceps dips

I read a Frederic Delavier’s book « Strength Training Anatomy » and there is good stuff.

Your hands on the edge of a bench and your feet on another bench with you body in the void :

  • Inhale and flex your arms followed by an extension of your arms

  • Exhale at the end of the movement

This exercise works triceps, chest and anterior deltoid.

tricpes dips muscles

A weight can be put on your thighs to have more resistance during the movement.
